Whether or not those engagement rumors are true, the ever-gorgeous Jessica Biel definitely seems to have an extra glow of late. The self-proclaimed tomboy has tried out plenty of minimal-effort beauty looks during her decade-plus in the limelight, but never has she looked more put-together and elegant than she does now. Her just-past-shoulder-length hair is now a very dark, multi-dimensional brown, which complements her fair pink-toned complexion and makes her light eyes pop. At the Golden Globes, she was stunning in a white-hot floor-length gown, but her dark locks, worn down and wavy, really stole the show. Hair this dramatic means you don't need much makeup. But, if you're thinking of dying your hair a deep hue like Jess's, remember that part of what makes her mane look so good is its shine factor; so always use conditioner, and feel free to skip a wash every once in a while. When your hair is dark, keep fair skin from looking washed out by using pink blush and a touch of gloss, like Jess does.
